Koen deckers
is an allround documentary maker, mostly experienced in the logistical and productional part of the documentary process. Obsessed with the technical part of filming, he seizes every chance to pick up a camera or edit a story. After finishing RITS, college of audiovisual arts, Koen has worked several years as a logistic coördinator for television and independent film until he was introduced to Redhorse. Working side by side with Roel Nollet, Koen accomplished a documentary on five young climbers with autism, that was broadcasted on national television. When he is not working, Koen spends as much time as possible in the cold north, celebrating his love for the Scandinavian winter.
