FABIENNE HAERINCK
Fabienne is what you can call a ‘social field worker’, with lots of energy and drive. She is extremely skilled in working with youngsters living in underprivileged circumstances and has years of experience of working with prisoners. She is the hands-on type of person you want to have around when things need to be done.
Fabienne speaks seven (!)languages. She has degrees in social work, criminology, and comparative cultural sciences. She studied at Ghent University and the University of Kraków in Poland.
Together with Roel Nollet, Fabienne made the documentary: ‘the boys from Vila Cruzeiro’, about children growing up amidst a drug war, in one of the moest notorious favelas in Rio de Janeiro.
